Mix with juice, yogurt or add to your favourite smoothie. Start with just a ¼ teaspoon, approx 1 gram, building up to ½ teaspoon or 2 grams over the course of week. If this is well tolerated, the following week you could increase your dosage to a maintenance dose of 4 grams.
